What a wonderfull support group....

Allow me to introduce myself, My name is Melissia Eachus and I am 21 years old. On January 24th 2003, My little angel, Kyrstin Elizabeth was born. She was a very happy, loving, content baby. She smiled from day one and would capture the hearts of those around her with her big, bright smile. She hardly ever cried and was very easy going. However, on April 21st of 2003 at 5:46am, my little angel went back to heaven. She died from SIDS. SIDS, (in my opinion) is a evil monster, that lurks in the shadows of happy healthy babies, waiting to claim their next victim. The hardest part concerning my little girl's death is the fact that I don't know what took my little Kyrstin away. Some might say it was "her time", some might say "The Lord Called her home" and other's might say "It was one of those freak things of nature". Maybe all of these are true, yet I know that untill the day they know what exactly SIDS is, I will never fully accept my daughter's death. However, the road through grief has become less lonely since I have been attending SHARE. I couldn't have asked for a better suporrt group. I have found a real connection with those that attend and I have a new sense of hope...that one day things will be better. The support group is awesome. If you are reading this, and you have lost a baby....no matter how long ago...please attend at least one meeting...I promise you will come back. It has done wonders for me and I have not been attending it that long. Thanks SHARE...for your ungoing support and encouragement that you have given me!
